Hudson did not disappoint- they exceeded expectations. Communication was caring and conscientious and the floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. I ordered via the web but the attention to my situation was handled as if I was a life long customer! I recommend them highly and will continue to call them.

The Hudson Flower Shop must be filled with a lot of considerate people. They sent me a confirmation email and then a charming employee called me on the phone to assure me that all was well with my order. I was also delighted when they sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement that was sent to my relatives.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
