Flowers were beautiful but I paid a lot for them and they were delivered without the card that was supposed to be included. Caused a lot of confusion. ---- Florist's Response: Cheryl, I am so sorry that there was confusion. On your original order you stated "none" on the card message. So we made a note saying there was "no card requested". I sincerely apologize if you had intended to have a card message attached and we did not follow up to verify that fact.
